The QUIT-10 Programme is our comprehensive programme to help you take control of your tech habits.
Research has repeatedly shown that our uncontrolled use of tech is really damaging: shredding our attention spans, ruining our wellbeing and wasting our time.
This programme is designed to break the cycle of uncontrolled tech use. We’re going to show you how it works and what to do about it.
But its not just about “less tech”, its also about “more fulfilment”. For many of us, we come to rely on our tech because there isn’t much else in our lives that we’re striving for. We help you figure out what you really want and help you get it.

Creating alternatives to tech that achieve your goals and reconnect you to a real life.

What do I pay?
The QUIT-10 Programme is £250 for 8x 60min sessions (£31.25 each).
If you want to pay as you go, you can! You’re welcome to take as many sessions as you’d like without committing to the whole programme.
